OUR HISTORY In the 80’s, Providence Services Inc. established its headquarters in Miami, Florida to provide comprehensive service in aerial and maritime freight forwarding to Central and South American countries. Product distribution began to become widespread in cargos of limited size and as a result, Providence Services expanded its business to an international level in 1991. From this platform, we were then able to offer a more direct service to emerging importers that were developing new business needs and greater technological distribution. To increase efficiency further and move cargo more rapidly, we began to only contract with businesses with established international networks and forwarded shipments that were most convenient for our clients. We also introduced refrigerated services for our clients working with perishable products and we provided Roll On-Roll Off vessels for the easy movement of machines, automobiles and agricultural equipment. We also introduced a fleet specialized in moving all kinds of cargo from North American to the south of Florida, until its eventual exportation to its final destination.
